A client is able to fill up this form in English, Chinese or Japanese. Should tenants encounter any problems regarding property maintenance issues such as defective appliances, they are able to contact our designated tenancy executives. Our tenancy executives then assume responsibility of contacting landlords and arranging solutions to property defect problems by calling contractors such as plumbers, air-conditioner repairmen, carpenters, etc. The entire process is completely taken charge of by SG Condo so tenants need not waste time on property management issues.
